Odoo Payroll for Dolibarr

Odoo Payroll for Dolibarr is an advanced payroll management module for Dolibarr, based on an approach inspired by the Odoo Payroll module.

It allows payroll to be structured around salary rules, categories, salary structures and employee contracts, in order to automate payslip generation and calculation.

A configurable payroll engine

Salary rules make it possible to precisely define the elements involved in payroll calculation.

A salary structure can group several rules and inherit from another structure. It is therefore possible to create a common structure containing general rules, then create specialized structures that only add rules specific to certain roles or employee categories.

This organization reduces duplication and simplifies the maintenance of payroll configuration.

Integration with employees and contracts

Payslips are generated from the employee's information and contract.

Each contract can define in particular:

• Salary

• Contract type

• Department

• Working hours

• Salary structure used for calculation

The module then uses this information and the rules of the salary structure to automatically calculate the payslip.

Payslip generation

Payslips can be created individually or for several employees.

After generation, they follow a simple workflow:

Draft → Validated → Paid

This makes it possible to check calculations before validation and to keep clear track of the status of each payslip.
